Before you measure
Measuring your side mirror correctly is the single most important step in ordering the right replacement glass. A measurement that is off by even a quarter inch can mean the new glass won't seat properly in the housing. This guide walks you through measuring for both Burco Redi-Cuts (cut-to-fit replacement glass) and Redi-Set-Go (glass pre-mounted on a backing plate).
You'll need a tape measure or ruler that shows fractions of an inch. Measure the glass while it is still in the mirror housing if possible, and write down each number as you go.

- Use the Burco Mirror Numbering Guide to match your measurements to a part number.
Frequently asked questions
Do I measure the glass or the frame? For Redi-Cuts, measure the glass only. For Redi-Set-Go, measure the full encasement including the rim.
What if my mirror is convex or curved? Measure it flat across the widest and tallest points — don't follow the curve.
Where do I find my part number? Use the measurements with the Burco Mirror Numbering Guide or the Mirror Finder to identify the correct replacement.
